1. Main Uses and Application Range
The MMA200L-plus lithium-ion battery-powered welding machine is the latest product developed by our company. It is suitable for welding operations and providing emergency power supply in environments without electricity, such as outdoor work, special sites, and emergency situations. This machine uses the latest generation of silicon carbide (SiC)/MOSFET semiconductor power devices and inverter control ICs, which are high-tech products developed for this purpose. It can not only output a maximum welding current of 200A but also provide a maximum 1500W AC 220V output power supply, meeting the power needs of various electrical appliances in outdoor operations. The rechargeable lithium-ion battery offers high energy density, making the entire unit lightweight, portable, and low in noise.
 

2. Working Conditions and Environment

Power Supply: Equipped with a removable ternary lithium-ion battery pack that can be repeatedly charged.
Working Environment:
* Relative Humidity: ≤90%
* Ambient Temperature: -20°C to 40°C
* The welding machine should be used in an environment free from harmful gases, metal dust, chemical residues, mold, and other flammable, explosive, or corrosive substances that could significantly affect the operator's health.
* The machine should be placed on a slope with a tilt angle of less than 25° to prevent rainwater intrusion.

4. Precautions and Safety Warnings


Charging Equipment: Only use the charger provided by our company to charge the battery pack. Using a charger designed for one type of battery pack on another may cause a fire!
Battery Compatibility: Our welding power supply must only be used with the battery packs specified by our company. Using other battery packs may result in personal injury and fires.
Storage of Battery Packs: When not in use, keep the battery packs away from other metal objects such as paper clips, coins, nails, screws, or any small metal objects that could connect one terminal to another. Shorting the battery terminals can cause burns or fires.
Handling Damaged Batteries: In the event of severe battery damage, battery fluid may leak out. Avoid contact with this fluid as it can cause irritation or burns.
Damaged or Modified Batteries: Do not use damaged or modified battery packs to avoid the risk of fire, explosion, or personal injury.
Exposure to Heat: Do not expose the battery packs to fire or environments with excessively high temperatures. Exposure to fire or temperatures above 130°C can lead to explosions.
Use in Wet Conditions: Do not use the equipment in heavy rain or high humidity environments to prevent damage to the battery pack and internal electronic components of the welder.
