QKGLD Automatic Transfer Switch (ATSE) is an automatic transfer switch that integrates switch and logic control, without the need for an external controller, and truly realizes mechatronics, with voltage detection, frequency detection, communication interface, electrical, mechanical interlock and other functions, which can realize automatic, electric remote and emergency manual control.
The operation is realized by the logic control board to manage the operation of the motor and gearbox with various logic commands. The motor is an acceleration mechanism with a switching spring to store energy and release it instantaneously, and quickly switch on the circuit breaker or switch the circuit, and achieve safety isolation through a clearly visible state, which significantly improves the electrical and mechanical properties.

Applications
QKGLD series automatic transfer switch is mainly used for AC 50Hz, rated voltage 400V, DC rated voltage 220V, rated current 16A to 3200A in the distribution or motor network of one main and one standby or mutual standby power switching system and the load switching of mains and generator sets. At the same time, it can be used for infrequent switching and breaking circuits and line isolation.

Operation Environment
Automatic transfer switches work reliably under the following conditions:
The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters;
The ambient temperature is not higher than 40°C, not lower than -5°C, and the relative humidity is not more than 95%;
No explosion hazard medium environment;
No rain and snow invade the environment;
Note: If it is expected to be suitable for the ambient air temperature above +40°C or below -5°C~-45°C, the user should explain to the manufacturer.
Intelligent Performance
1. Three kinds of stable working positions:
Common closing: common closing, standby opening. Standby closing: common opening, standby closing. Double opening: common opening, standby opening.
2. Two optional automatic working modes
Automatic charge and automatic recovery: when the standby power is closed and the common power supply returns to normal, the switch will automatically switch to normal closure regardless of whether the standby power supply is normal.
Automatic charge and manual recovery: when the standby power is closed and the common power supply returns to normal, and the standby power supply is normal, the switch does not convert, only when the standby power supply is abnormal, the switch will automatically switch to normal.
3. Four conversion control modes
Automatic control: The controller automatically converts to the appropriate working position according to the current voltage condition and the set working mode.
Manual control: when the power supply is normal, the switch can be converted to any working position by pressing the button.
Manual control: After the key is hit to the manual position, it can be operated manually with the handle.
Remote control: Through the remote programmable input signal or 485 communication port, the control switch is switched to the required working position.
